Access to the site

I have tried to create a login to your site and I have either been declined or not heard back?

Our site is available to customers with a credit account only, we do not currently offer access to unknown companies/individuals. Additionally access to the site is at the discretion of the main contact in your company – if you have been declined you may want to reach out to this person and either enquire if they declined your request or if they will approve your request.

Control of users and spending limits is controlled by the customer.


Orders

The item(s) I put in my basket were in stock and now I am being quoted an extended lead time?

The site is dynamic and is constantly being updated, we are taking orders from lots of customers and stock can be quickly used up – you can either place your order anyway and we will call you back with a revised delivery date or you can contact us on 01604 419403 or email productsales@DCS.tech and we can get you a revised date or offer an alternative item.

My order was due today and has not arrived?

Deliveries that are being made on a next day basis can arrive any time up to 5.30pm. However we understand that some deliveries are critical to your business so if the delivery isn’t with you by 3.00pm contact us for an ETA on productsales@DCS.tech or 01604 419403. Additionally if you placed your order after the 4.00pm cut off time it may not have been processed in time for a next day delivery.

The item I am looking for is not appearing in the price feed?

Our catalogue is extensive with in excess of 20k items and therefore some items like servers, storage and other high-end solutions may not appear. If you cannot find something specific you are looking for please complete an off-catalogue request form and a member of the team will call you to discuss.

I am looking to buy a large quantity of item(s) is this your best price?

A number of manufactures/vendors we work with offer discounts for volume purchases – these discounts can be significant. Please call 01604 419403 and speak to a member of the team who will look for the most cost effective solution to support your requirement.

I’ve looked at your site and I’m not certain what the right item is for me?

Either complete an off-catalogue enquiry form giving as much detail as possible or use the contact us functionality and we will help.


Post Delivery

The item has arrived and it is not what I ordered?

If the item is not per your order confirmation please contact us. On your order acknowledgement it gave important tips about what to do and not to do. Please do not open any packaging and advise us immediately of the issue by calling 01604 419403 or email productsales@DCS.tech.

The item received is damaged /not working once taken out of the box?

We gave you important advice in your order acknowledgement – if not working please use the manufacturer help line to go through the diagnostics, they will issue a returns ref (known as an RMA). If an item is damaged please take some photographs of the damage and packaging and report the issue to us by calling 01604 419403 or email productsales@DCS.tech.
